The Peace Lily Practice
My passion for helping people comes from the firsthand experience of accepting help myself. I've journeyed from a place of anxiety and sadness, feeling lost and not understanding where these emotions were coming from to a fulfilling life that I truly love. I am driven to help others experience positive change in their own lives.
I have a degree in Criminology with Psychology. I am also proud to say that I trained with the highly regarded Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) school in Bristol. CPHT was founded by David Newton who was the originator of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps your mind work with you, not against you. During each session, you are gently guided into a relaxed, focused state where your brain becomes more open to positive, helpful suggestions.
This makes it easier to form new ways of thinking and behaving which can lower anxiety, boost mood and support steady long lasting change.
